[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical at first; as I tried other quick and ready to use protein shakes brands. I was pleasantly surprise when I tried Muscle Milk Vanilla Crème Protein Shake. It was smooth and creamy and it tasted so good! I love that is comes in other flavors and is ready to drink. I put a few in the refrigerator and just grab and go. Comes in handy when you skip a meal and are in a hurry. I have them for lunch while I work and they are very filling. It's full of nutrients with zero sugar and has 25 grams of protein plus it taste amazing!. I found my treasure protein shakes. You will love it!!

It was like I was drinking a vanilla milk shake for the flavor. The Protein really gives what is needed extra for the muscle build.

It's quite filling as I was unable to finish it in one sitting. NO SUGAR!!! It has sucralose which is my favorite sweetener and it's just the right amount. I will definitely be buying this product more than once and I look forward to trying other flavors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first glance, with 25 grams protein, zero sugar and only 3 net carbs I was happy to give this product a try. Being non-dairy was another plus. I have used many shakes and found the vanilla creme Muscle Milk protein shake to have a good flavor. Since I use protein shakes as a meal replacement "on the go", I first tried the shake at room temperature. The shake was good, I have to admit that I preferred the shake chilled. I recommend this product.

They are very smooth and creamy, without the offputting aftertaste of many pre-mixed protein supplements. They are very sweet, which may be a bit offputting for those that don't prefer a sweeter shake. But overall, a very solid option for a quality after-workout protein boost.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the muscle milk shake as a change to the usual brand of protein shakes I buy from Sam's. It is comparable with a few differences. I tried the vanilla. The flavor was good for a zero sugar shake, but it was a little artificial tasting. I use these shakes as a quick meal or snack replacement once a day for nutritional supplement. It has the same calories as my usual brand, but has 5 grams less protein. It also has more fat grams and more carbs than my usual brand. I do like the fact that it had less sodium and slightly less cholesterol than my brand. It had far fewer vitamins that were promoted on the packaging however. Price was a better value than mine with a savings of about $2.50 for a package. Overall the product is a good value and provides the necessary protein supplement. I use these shakes more for nutrition and health now as I am middle aged, but when I did workout for fitness with weights it would be a great quick pre or post workout snack. I still prefer the flavor selections of the brand I currently use but I would encourage anyone to make their own judgement on taste. Glad I tried it.

High protein content, low carbs and low sodium, if you are counting carbs and watching your sodium content. P
