Using beta glucan to help modulate immune system, Lysine is a bonus. No specific improvement observed yet.

I prefer L-lysin produced by Solaray company. It really works quickly and effectively each time I start to take the capsules. For me the packing and caps are convenient, also 1000 mg is a great amount of active ingredient.
at least for me this really works! I have had fewer outbreaks and when I do they heal and disappear sooner. This is a great benefit for me. I have tried other products but this one really is a winner.
