My order was delayed due to a shipping issue so I contacted the seller, who immed responded and set up a replacement. Will definitely use this friendly and helpful seller in the future!
Never got a chance to try it since I didn't receive. But I've had it in the past and it's good
i must have these due to my stomach surgery but the price is too high and the 42 grams high protein shakes, if you can find them in the stores have go up in price almost a dollar, i know that everything is going up but give a sister a break and lower the prices on the shakes...
So we recieved our delivery and the person packaging at the Walmart facility or the third party who fulfilled this order~ must've dropped the 18 pack of the proteins shakes because they were all damaged, all dented, but thankfully none of them were punctured. We did see some tar like material from maybe when it hit the floor. The outside box was perfect so I know it couldn't have been UPS that's responsible~ it had to come from the manufacturer.
This vendor is a fraudulent vendor. The Fairlife drinks were never delivered. I checked my video camera for the entire day that the vendor said it was delivered and it was not delivered and my compliant and questions were ignored. The item was not credited back to my account either.
Like many other reviewers, I placed an order and was sent a notification saying it was delivered and it was NOT DELIVERED. None of my neighbors have the item and I waited the two business days to see if it would show up, and it did not. I am currently on the phone with Walmart customer service to get a refund for this order. I had no idea this wasn't coming from Walmart but a third party "marketplace" seller. In the future I will be sure not to order from ANY third party sellers on here ever again and I hope that Walmart will do the right thing here and stop allowing this delivery service to be used by venders. Clearly they are stealing people's products and money if items consistently do not show up. This review in no way reflects poorly on the Fairlife vanilla protein shakes, which by the way are delicious and taste like Cool Whip and are a great source of protein. I've had them before and can't find them local to me which is why I ordered them here. Once my refund gets processed I am going to Amazon.com to order them. I might pay an extra $4, but the peace of mind knowing that they will actually show up at my door is worth that.
I ordered two cases of protein shakes on March 28th that are marked up in price, however I can't find the flavor in stores so I decided to order anyway. They kept pushing the delivery date out further and further. Then when I finally received my order there was only one case in the package. I reached out to the company to only be made to seem like I am a liar, which I do not appreciate. I spent over $80 on two cases of protein shakes to be treated as a liear. They wanted pictures to prove what I received. I sent pictures as well as a screenshot of my security camera showing I only received one box. I have asked for a refund for the remainder of my order and will be sure of who I am ordering with when on walmart.com from here on out. Businesses that treat customers in this manner will not receive my business.
This item is from third party seller, delivered to "wrong address" but never showed up. This seems to happen every time I order something from Walmart that is fulfilled by a third party seller. Beware
Bought these protein drinks. Long story short, they were never delivered to my house even though it showed that they were. Took tracking number to USPS and got the post master involved. Long story short. The item that was supposedly shipped to weighed 2 OUNCES and was shipped to an entirely different address in my same zip code. Walmart gave me a full refund but don't save yourself some hassle and don't buy from this shipper.
Seller will send the wrong item ( I was sent milk that is expired already) and refuse to help you until you mail it back to them. This negates the entire point of ordering the item to begin with, since now I need to pack it up, find a fedex location, and ship it back. When they didn't even send the correct item.
