Great supplement to help with muscle growth. Like that it has no flavor and is it easily mixed with water and other drinks. Perfect for weight training and bodybuilding, take 30-60 minutes before a workout. Claims are that it helps support lean muscle growth and muscle energy production. Creatine is a naturally occurring amino acid that is stored in the muscles and may support energy for high-intensity, short-duration exercise. It may also increase lean muscle mass and may enhance athletic performance. This brand and formula contains only pure creatine monohydrate powder with no additives.
I love this product so far. I take it about a half hour before working out. There is none of that bad taste or aftertaste that flavored drinks inflict on us. It’s flavorless. One scoop is all you need and mix with water or juice. This 15.87 oz container yields 90 servings, and takes up way less space than other mixes. I am looking forward to better muscle fitness and energy. This was sent to me to review, and I will tell you that if you workout and don’t use a supplement such as this, you are cheating yourself of the results you could be getting. I used to skip taking some mixes in the past because they tasted so bad. Not anymore. You know what I mean if you workout. Good product.
This product is flavorless so you can mix it in any drink or sprinkle it on your food without it changing the taste. It mixes easily, a serving size is one 5g scoop. There is 450 grams per container. It has a fine texture to it which makes it easy to mix. The thing I like most is that it offers the same benefits as the name brand products but at a more affordable cost. This is a really great product for those who are very active and want to build muscle mass.
I have been looking for creatinine to start using on a daily basis to help with toning my muscles up. So far this product seems like it hits all the marks that I need to continue to try to tone and build up some muscle strength. Does not taste bad either.
This Equate Creatine Monohydrate Dietary Supplement is Unflavored so you can mix it with different drinks. My son like it, he says he drinks it before his workout daily. He wants to build his muscles up and he has more energy now. He said he will be buying more soon.
This stuff seems to help me feel better so far still a little early but so far so good. Taste seems to be good no real flavor which i really like. Mixes up well and you get a lot in the container. There is a nice little scoop that comes with it and that makes it nice. I definitely recommend it.
This is a really good product. My husband takes it every day after his workout routine. The creatine powder is tasteless and odorless which is a good thing. It mixes very easily even with cold water and juices. He takes one scoop and it seems to give him good energy for his workouts.

As I am getting a bit older, I have slowed down some. I decided to get back into a little bit of an exercise routine.I also wanted to try this creatine for potential of added benefits of assisting in muscle development. I like that this is unflavored and I mixed with straight water to test that. I had no flavor issues and the water tasted like water. I have noticed a little increased energy during the workout, even though I was not really expecting that. It is very easy to use and one scoop with water or juice 30-60minutes prior to the workout and that is it. We will see how it works out after a month or so. No complaints so far.
I understand the concept behind this product, I just wish it were flavored. Even though it says unflavored I can still tell there's something in my water when I put it in there. It's kind of like it doesn't dissolve all the way and it feels maybe slimy? I haven't owned it long enough to tell if there will be results yet, but I'm hoping for bigger muscles by the start of the year haha. It seems like the product contains clean ingredients, and I'm hoping that it works as described. Please note that on the front of the bottle it says that it could do the things that it claims to, but it's not guaranteed. I wouldn't recommend this for younger individuals, but more for adults who can handle such a product. This product comes in a large can, and I think it will be great as a supplement, I just honestly wish it were flavored a little better.
