This product for me is a classic. I've used this pre workout for years and it's a perfect amount of energy to get you through your workout. The fat burning has improved over the years making this product perfect for weight loss.
It's the one pre-workout powder that actually works, I use it 5 day a week and absolutely love the product! 100% recommend!
I love this because I actually feel the results of this. I like that I can have a little scoop or heaping scoop depending on how much caffeine I want for my workout. I love the flavor too!
I love this! I drink it before walking and it definitely helps me walk for a long time without getting tired. Usually I can walk about 2 miles before being completely exhausted. I can easily walk 4.5 miles using this!
It works great for me. I usually take it 20 Mins before and I can start to feel it during my warm up.

Thank you for this product. I never used workout powder in my life, by the way i have 40 years old. In Ramadan i began used it. After drinking C4 i filling strong myself.
I got the blue raz , the taste gets some getting use to and my skin gets itchy or tingly when I take it but other than that , it gives me hella energy and it's helped out with my workouts so far .
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If this was about a year ago, it would be 5 stars. I have taken it since 2015 then had to stop when I found out I was pregnant Oct. 2022. After giving birth and recovering I went right back to it. Raspberry lemonade was my favorite, Now... It is disgusting! It don't taste the same, It doesn't blend good any more so there is little chunks/pieces of powder in it, (reminds me when I tried their shred and ultimate preworkouts) It didn't give me energy, and made me nauseous. I feel in love with c4 ripped after my 1st pregnancy in 2015, helped me so much to get my body back after giving birth. I was hoping the same for after this pregnancy. Its heart breaking that I now have to go about looking for a new prework.
