I'm really happy with this pre-workout. I maintain a lower caffeine tolerance so I don't need as much. Some days I take a half scoop, others a whole. It's not overwhelmingly powerful but I definitely feel the effect and it really helps power through workouts. The flavor is also really good! Only tried the watermelon so far but it tastes just like a jolly rancher and I look forward to drinking it. Dissolves well in water too.
Hands down my favorite flavor of any supplement. I've tried all kinds of flavors from watermelon, fruit punch, strawberry, chocolate to vanilla and across multiple brands. I usually struggle to keep drinking them because they're just so bad. As soon as I tried ON's Blueberry Lemonade, it was just like having a rocket pop from my neighborhood ice cream truck I had as a kid in summer. It might be sweet for some people, but for me it's easy to gulp down every time. I recommend not taking it during or right before working out if your sessions last 60 mins or less. If you drink coffee regularly, either cut back or take this in place of your coffee as long as it's within 30-45 mins of your workout.
Great taste and easy to dissolve in water I like it
I use this product before my workouts regularly. It gives me that tingly feeling as if I'm being poked by pins and needles which I like when I'm working out. Also, no bad side effects like headaches that I got from other products. If you workout at night, as I do sometimes, use with caution, as it may be hard to get to sleep if you use close to bed time. Otherwise, I highly recommend and will continue to use.
It is very affordable and more conservative in caffeine and beta alanine than other options, which fits my workout style better. Taste is solid and mixes very well. No complaints, everything I expect from preworkout.
This pre workout truly works. I have the watermelon flavor and it tastes amazing! But i do have to note that this thing gave me some serious nervousness and some palpitations even with half a scoop. The caffeine was really getting to me. So now i just put in like half a tea spoon and it gives me more than enough energy. It's unending energy.

My favorite brand and favorite preworkout. Best flavor and effectiveness. Only drawback is it does have creatine mono hydrate and you need to drink it with 16.9 ounces of water instead of the 10-12 ounces they recommend if you want to dissolve it fully and avoid diarrhea. Other than that it works, it's delicious, and it's highly affordable. I highly recommend it.
