I love these little take along packs. Most mornings I am running a bit late and so I do not have time for breakfast and these are perfect for the drive to work, And what a delicious way to get a little more protein in my diet. I absolutely love the taste as well, And they taste good whether they're right out of the box, refrigerated or even poured over ice. Just make sure to shake them up well before opening. I like the fact that they are fairly low fat, only 2 g each 5 g sugar and 110 mg sodium Makes an easy take along breakfast replacement for me. And it tastes good! I like it a lot.
This protein drink is an amazing recovery helper. It tastes awesome. It has enough (24 g to be specific) protein to help your muscles bounce back after physical exercise. It's made of ultra pasteurized milk which is better for the body. I prefer this protein drink to other options.

My kid first tried it and thought it tastes great. She could not finish it in one sitting, so she stored it in the fridge. When she shook to you finish it, she noticed it was very frothy. She loved it. She removed the wrapping where she discovered the design of the bottle. She thinks that the indentations in the bottle help the shake get nice and frothy. It is rich and dark, frothy and great tasting.

I like that it has twenty four grams of protein, helps build lean muscle, and supports healthy workout recovery. It has nine essential amino acids. It also fills me up to where i'm not starving for dinner.
These protein shakes are delicious and low in carbs. They help keep you from being hungry. Our teenage son particularly enjoyed these shakes to help fill him up. They taste like a guilty treat but are actually low in carbs. We enjoyed the vanilla flavor.

Love the protein level. I need the protein to keep my blood sugar from dropping too low. Total carbs are great too. They don't give me the shakes. Really great for diabetics. The chocolate is my favorite. The vanilla is not too bad. But I prefer the chocolate only 140 calories. My dad tried them and I thought he would not like it but he said he liked it.

Convenient carry with me bottle, various flavors and quality ingredients. The only thing is I am not a big fan of the taste. It taste like a diet cocoa and not in a good way. I decided to pour it in a travel bottle and add milk to it to improve the taste an it did help however I don't want a protein drink I have to add things to, to make it more palatable.
