I love this product! I've tried a number of BCAAs in a variety of flavors, and I can confidently say this is the one of the best-tasting and best value products I've used. It tastes just like lemonade with a hint of blackberry--very refreshing. I love to use it for workouts.
I love this product. There's really no "Sweet American Iced Tea" in Japan so I'm really happy that Iherb has this product. One full scoop might be a bit too sweet for the average person. It is for me.. So I usually do half or a third of a scoop per serving.
Definitely felt the effects of this after my workout- notably less sore, more relaxed. Flavor was light, no aftertaste, went down easy. Not really something to write home about, but I prefer not a ton of flavor with a supplement. Big fan of this product; would definitely use again, and plan on letting my workout crew know about it.
