I tried another product and what a joke. This just works. I plugged it in, it was found immediately, my headphones connected quickly. There have been no drop outs or other issues. It works very well. Very happy.

Found an older ASUS BT adapter that works for me

I am a user of ChromeOS FLEX on my old desktop. I had been using an ancient USB Bluetooth adapter. I found out about a month ago that not all of my Bluetooth devices would connect to my computer, specifically my headphones and my headphone-mic. I learned that the latest Linux compatible adapter was not supported by FLEX. Doing some research, I found that a prior version that was manufactured by ASUS was supported. This one works great.

Bloo Toofus for da win.

Downloaded the drivers as I heard the ones that come with don't cut the mustard. I am SUPER happy with it. Have my two 8bit duo controllers working with it just fine. My old laptop is now a retro gaming beast. Oh, and WIN 11 drivers as well.

Best purchuse of the year

Was very easy to use and set up. I had my bluetooth headphones working with my computer within 10 minutes of pulling the dongle out of the bock. Sure this will make an effect on the future peripherals I buy in the future as this will make things easier and quicker I am sure.

Good for mice, controllers, bad for voice

Its a super compact design with a fairly dim and subtle blue light. Great for laptops at work or school! I got this bluetooth adapter to connect some bluetooth earbuds to my computer and while the audio listening to something is just fine, none of my wireless earbuds can be used to transmit (good/useful) audio. After some internet searching that is simply because of the shortfalls of bluetooth specifications. If you're looking for an adapter for a mouse, game controller, or to listen to music, this will work just fine. It didn't work for talking on discord or skype however so that was a bit of a letdown but not ASUS's fault. If your laptop has a built-in microphone use that instead.

Early review of Bluetooth USB adapter

Have only had this device installed for 5 or 6 days. It has done all I was after-Bluetooth connections to my smart phones to transfer some data to and from my Win 10 PC. Works as advertised.

Too cumbersome to figure out right now. Also ADHD

Purchased back in May. Shipping came on time and packaged good. Haven't been able to get it to connect. I am using it on an Asus laptop with Skullcandy ear buds. I tried to follow the instructions of some of the viewers on here but no go. Bluetooth shows that it has my ear buds paired but it will not connect. I'm not tech savvy so I could be doing something wrong.

reliable use-ability

worked one time and then would not pair after that even after updating drivers and trying numerous other fixes, none were successful and help from ASUS was non-exsistant and unhelpful at best. Very disappointed with this product.
