the keyboard adds great flexibility to lessons using web apps and on screen data
Great keyboard for modern TV's and streaming sticks. Plus, quick delivery
I wanted a keyboard and track pad for using three Apple devices at once. I do not use it for television. I would like the next version to have an illuminated keyboard and a white or aluminum option.
Connected to TV easily. Function generally works but, not all features work with all major apps. This may not be due to the keyboard as shown in the instruction card. But it is a little bothersome. I don't know if there is a better alternative.
Works great. I have used it most on my small, android phone for typing out on my porch, opposed to a laptop. All of the shortcuts work well with android and windows, not so much iOS. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the trackpad is pretty low resolution and I find that frustrating.
It's a good size and was easy to set up. It does almost everything I was looking to do. Two things that are annoying are the round keys and not having the ability to scroll through channels. You can use it to change channels but you have to use the number keys to select the channel then you can only scroll though the station within that channel. It has volume up and down, but no channel up and down.
If it had a built in mic I would buy it this instant. Because you know what is more comfortable than typing....not typing.
The perfect Tv Room Keyboard would be: A combination of two current Logitech Keyboards The K830 and The K600. I purchased the K830 upon release in 2014 I have since patiently waited for an update to the K830 adding the only missing feature being multidevice connectivity. The K830 can in-fact connect to multiple devices however, it lacks the ability to freely switch between them. The K600 has the ability to freely switch between devices but lacks the illumination needed to see the keyboard in a dark Tv room which is not an uncommon thing, "the Dark Tv room that is". So in 7 going on 8 years Logitech has failed to see the need to release a device that covers both concerns, "Blows My Mind". Please address this issue as there is currently no good choice offered for an all around Tv Room Keyboard Simply upgrade the K830 with Multi Device Switching and re-release, then watch how fast they sell.
This keyboard... sucks. The trackpad is small and awkward, the keys are shaped and spaced strangely, and the physical left/right click buttons for the trackpad are on the opposite side of the keyboard! The directional widget on the top right is a waste of space and the keyboard would be 1000% better if that thing was just removed and the right side was setup like the K830.
