Larger size is a great value. This is an amazing product and a MUST for those interested in an economical way to add some daily health to life. I mix about 3/4 scoop (included) with 1.5 cups (one cup and a half cup) cold water in the morning. This very well could be the answer you're looking for if you want a healthy energy boost.

I started using Vega One after a 30-day water fast. I could feel my body come back to life after drinking the product. I have been drinking Vega for years now.
Vega's Chocolate Vega One is delicious and Nutritious and is one of the best values in the Nutritional Meal replacement category. I wish they had the berry in the ex-large size. I would order the product more.
I'm not real big on protein powder but because of my age and not always eating the healthiest, my daughter in law recommended french vanilla Vega. I mix it with frozen fruit, a banana, and almond or coconut milk which is very refreshing especially on a warm day.

I enjoy the chocolate shake, though it is impossible to fully dissolve the powder just by shaking it. If I use a blender, it dissolves well. I don't care for the vanilla flavor however. I get a strong taste of fake sweetener. Tried adding cinnamon, banana, etc but that sugar substitute flavor overpowers everything.
I have been using Vega protein for years and have been very happy. I decided to try the All-In-One and unfortunately it really upsets my stomach. Going to go back to the protein and greens powder and use supplements.
