this drink has very little calories. a whole bunch of vitamins which includes 28 grams of protein in one level scoop. mix with about 8 ounces of water and yummy. it's great quality as after I drink it I have so much energy for 4 Hours.Burns fat, satisfies hunger, and fights cravings. It's vgn, gluten free, and made without dairy or soy. Tastes kinda funny first day. once you get used to it it's yummy like a craving.
I mix this with water (you can use almond milk if you'd like it thicker and richer), probiotic powder and collagen powder. This product on its own has 28 grams of protein per serving - plant-based only! Nice clean "diet" shake. Full of nutrients!
This product was recommended to me by a friend. Good quality ingredients and has helped me to recover from my workouts. This protein works wonderfully with unsweetened Almond milk, and I even blend it together with a banana. It keeps me full for ages and has a great taste. Speedy delivery considering I'm in the UK!

I don't know much about protein, but this one has a great taste, it is vegan (plant based) and has a lot of other vitamins as ingredients. It is less sweet than the vanilla, but is enough sweet.
Let me start by saying usually don't write product reviews but after consuming approx 5 bottles of this protein drink I feel like I have to. Keeps me full for around 3hours so if I have it for lunch I will need to have a snack sometime mid afternoon to keep me going till dinner. Pros: - Taste better than other brands - Great ingredients - Easy to mix with water Cons: - Grainy texture but given the Pros, ok I can deal with this
the whey isolate of the iherb brand (california nutrition) tastes better, is cheaper (!), and the nutri info is better too. this one has that thick artificial sweet taste though isn't too strong. it's good if you're looking for a plant-based formulation though
I love garden of life products, I drink every morning plain just mixed in water during/after workouts but this product I just can't get used to it , the taste is very sharp, I couldn't tolerate so I mixed with plant based garden of life chocolate protein powder and it's more tolerable . Also if you compare to the same brand other products this one has larger spoon (scoop) compared to other vegan garden of life chocolate protein powder. Overall taste matters so most probably I won't be buying any more specifically this one.
This review is only regarding the taste, which is unbearable and inedible. I cannot review anything else stated on the package since I won't be able to consume it and reap those possible benefits. The taste is dominated by awful stevia taste / flavor. I couldn't detect chocolate flavor. It was just bitter, chalky with stevia taste. Nothing can fix that. Good luck.
Has a bad taste, doesn't dissolve all that well. Might be nutritionally good but would not buy again.
