I am a vegetarian and don't eat a lot of protein in my diet. I take this amino acid plus L-Carnitine to help me build my muscle when I walk and do my elliptical daily. It also increases my energy level, so I feel like working out instead of feeling drained every day.
After a surgery I had intestinal pain likely due to the anesthetic. After using this brand for a week, all is very well.
I've only had this for a couple weeks and don't even take it every day, but already my bowels feel soooooo much better!
I always get these . It seems to help me . With my aches and my pains .
Do you swallow, chew or dissolve them in liquid? They're kinda big and I can't make myself swallow them, can I chew or dissolve them and still benefit?
