As a morning energy supplement I find this a great choice. Not bad tasting; to save with the bulk product.
I put mine in smoothies,but would love to see these in chewable form. It's a bit on the pricey side.But overall happy with it.
This supplement is pretty good. Gives me a little extra motivation in the mornings with my coffee.
I like having a powder to mix in liquid for better absorption. My complaint would be that the bottle isn't even half filled, and a big portion of that is 2 good-sized silica packs. With a small opening at the top, it makes it difficult to get the powder out, beside the fact that they didn't provide a scoop that would give the proper dosage. Other than that, it is a good supp to take.
