It works! It gives me a little more energy during the day without any caffeine buzz!
I havent had it long but so far I like it.
I lack certain amino acids in my diet, therefore, must supplement!
Like these, will continue to buy the same ones. Easy to swallow and I have a hard time with vitamins!!!

So far I haven't noticed a difference, but I have only been taking this product for a week.
Have been taking this for years since my excellent doctor recommended it to us. This brand always has consistent and well-packaged product.
Recommended by my personal trainer and so far so good. I had read other reviews on other products and all complained about the smell of fish. Not with this product.
I like this product a lot and has really helped me with brain function. When I order this product, I forgot to change the shipping address back to mine. So I cancelled the order and reordered it with my address. Somehow it still went to my daughter's home. She has mailed it to me. Due to the snow and closed roads, I'm still waiting for its arrival.
These do nothing for me. The cheaper brand works way better.
