I personally take one capsule a day. I gives some brain flicker, but i take it with B-complex.
I feel good when taking. It's a subtle difference. I could tell more when I ran out and stopped taking.
Love that it has several different kinds of supplements all in one pill.
I like this combination of ingredients, feel it's good quality, and can tell a difference if I run out, and miss taking it for a little while.
