Great filter...worked better than the original since we now have to shut our ice maker off because we now have full flow of water. The main company for these filters wanted twice as much for the same filter.
Everyone needs filtered water. The filters just need to be cheaper.
Very easy to find and exactly what I needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got online and ordered our new water filter as soon as we got our reminder email from Frigidaire. There was as YouTube video to watch, and that way we made sure we took off all of the pieces that were there for protection. The filter just went right into place and I added a piece of tape to show the date I installed it on the end. We'll be ready and expecting it next time.

Installed it! Works great no problems! For all the people complaining it didn't last for more than a year... you are supposed to change the filter every 6 months! Tell you right on the package. Mine old one was on the refrigerator a year... never had a problem... same brand filter.Happy customer
By all descriptions, this seemed to be the right replacement cartridge for the water/ice maker. Not until it arrived, did we discover it was the wrong one. Took several attempts to contact the provider. When I verified my purchase as requested, I was told to ship it back at MY COST! Most companies have return policies that include paying for return postage. Not Appliance Tech Parts.
Love this product, been using for years, however, just went to install the 2nd of my 2 pack and one of nozzles are broken off and can't be used. Any way to get replacement or is there a t limited timeframe?
You would think ordering 3 filters, at least one would work…but similar to what others have posted, NONE of my 3 new ones would click in. They are the same model as I have ordered in past and are identical to the one I pulled out…but I will not go in all the way and click!?!
