I was put on a high protein diet and my doctor recommend these tablets. They are helping with my problem.
Large pills like others have commented. Good value compared with other brands I've bought. Seems to help with blood circulation. Individual results may vary. Shipment was fast, but one jar was crushed severely. Walmart returns are easy fortunately.

I like NOW nutritional supplements for several reasons, their products are quality #1 and they're priced right. Esp. when you buy NOW products from Swanson. This product has lived up to all my expectations and I have been an avid user for at least 5 years now.
I purchased this product before then I stopped it's only because you forget when things are going well you feel you don't need them anymore well purchasing them again so I will start again on L-Arginine

Just getting started with it seeing now it works
Less than a month after buying these tablets they started breaking open. I contacted NOW foods and they said it was a "known" issue. The person I contacted said it was the humidity that does it and I explained I do not live in a humid part of the country. He then told me I stored them too close to a water source. Which I did not. I will not purchase from NOW foods any more.
