I've been using this product for several years. It really works great but it does taste like dirty socks unless you find the right combination of juices to drink it with. I use apple and cran/cherry.
I rate this product 5 Stars. It's cost effective and it's a nice addition to any pre or post-workout drink. I would definitely recommend it to any serious weight trainer. There is hardly any taste tit and it mixes easily into my drinks with a spoon. Swanson customer for 25 years!!
I've used othe brands of L-Arginine before and most of them were flavored with some other ingredient. The flavor is not so bad even with just water. and if you don't like the taste just add some lemon juice. If that's not enough for you maybe you should try childrens gummy vitamins.(lol). I think everyone should realize you're not using this for a treat. It's a supplement to your diet and it works great!

tastes like rotten fish. very hard to swallow with whatever jiuce. had tried arginine hci before, tasted salty, but i was never expecting this rotten taste. does it work? hard to say when it turns your stomach to vomit.
Swanson's sells 00 size empty capsules. You can also get them other places on line but bottom line is you don't have to put up with the dead fish taste just order some capsules and fill them yourself. I did and I am most anxious to get them as the taste is a bit overpowering. I gave average ratings to product as I was required to in order to leave the capsule information. Will leave another review in about 2 months.
