It does exactly what it stands for.. My shoulder was frozen n going to therapy help it a lots? After leaving therapy I can still do the exercises that they taught me because I purchased the products that they used to continue my homework!!! Strengthen your muscles n relieved the pain
It has bee very helpful, was recommended by my therapist. I have several things going on in the right shoulder, it was almost frozen and I have been in severe pain since a recent fall. I supplement using it between sessions, and has been able to keep me moving. would recommend for stiff and painful shoulders.
