Excellent modem that fixed, along with my Orbi mesh WiFi, issues with a new Xfinity combo unit functionality. I was experiencing having to unplug the Xfinity unit and plug it back in every time I wanted to print or listen to my Sonos speakers wirelessly.
This made my wifi router go faster speeds with both combined made a perfect pair and everything works like a charm
Compatible with my Internet provider and service, powerful unit, Easy to install and very reliable. Highly recommend especially for Ethernet which is what we have in our rural area.
Easy set up and activation through my ISP. Now I need one of those fancy mesh Wi-Fi 6E routers!

Initially, it took a little time to connect with my internet company and having to connect it with the NETGEAR app, once that is accomplished it is as fast as lightning and integrates easily with my home network. The best upgrade to have if you are taking small steps into multiple gigabyte internet connection. Highly recommend this product. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This modem Nighthawk CM1200 I really recommend highly do it's so blasting fast I have the 1000mbps plan with xfinity it doesn't even load at all it just goes right on in the site when I click enter it's so fast I'm in love with my purchase keep it up Netgear I'm also running it with a Nighthawk x5400 router them both together are fire
As advertised. Solid multi Gig modem
Activated the modem with Spectrum and it worked for 16.5 hours. Then it started rebooting over and over. Spectrum didn't see anything wrong other than the modem connecting and reconnecting. I went back to my 9-year old modem (also Netgear CM500).
Spotty/frequent signal drops, was supposed to be an upgrade to an old modem, but the old modem performed better than this new one.
