With this rollator walker I can go backwards all over my house, without it I would not be able to get around. It works so well for me because I am short, so it's easier to move bkwards. I wish there was a way to add a leg lift, because it is much easier to navigate than any other type of assistance device even in the bathrooms, because it is more compact. With a leg lift it would be perfect. I don't know what I would have done without it. Yes I do.... Stay in bed.
This Rollator Chair is exactly what we were looking for. It's sturdy and nicely made. My hubby is not wheelchair bound, but does need to stop and take a breather every now and then. This is perfect for us. The only thing that I would have changed is I would have bought it from our local Wal-Mart store. It was $35.00 less expensive in the store than on-line ordering from W-M, even with the free shipping, and tax being paid either way. But, that being said, this is a very convenient little piece of medical equipment. I'm happy to have it, even with the price difference.
This is a fantastic product, the design is well thought out and engineered with the interest of the user in mind. It serves as a walker, a place to rest with a seat if necessary, and as a transporter if I have to push' It folds easily for transport and it is light but strongly constructed. It makes shopping trips with my wife who is the user much easier and safer as we shop or attend other activities together. The price at Walmart was $100.00 cheaper then other sources. What savings.
I purchased this walker/rollator to add to my "stable" of walkers for the versitility of being able to change from a seated walker to an option as a "wheelchair", to compensate for my mobility challenges. The convertible option helps to compensate for walking stamina issues, with a little help. The Duet is very well made as are other Drive products. The item came with little assembly required and without the need for complicated instructions or tools. Great solid handbrakes! The seat is more comfortable than others that I own with its slightly wider and deeper size. Other pluses include the large "basket" compartment that folds with the walker, made from material rather than wire (helps with privacy issues for personal items being carried); push button releases for arm rests and folding mechanism and back rest piece, adding an element of security and stability. The unit converts easily from walker to rollator in seconds with a few button pushes and flip of arm rests, moving the back rest from front to back and a quick flip down of the foot rest. Again, no tools or special skills needed. I used my Duet for the first time on a lengthy walking tour of a local museum and found it to be a real asset for the day. My only negative comment is the item's weight which affects my ability to move it from sidewalk to trunk, etc. with ease. While its weight is listed at approximately 19 lbs on other sites, compared to 14 lbs for my usual walker, it seemed much more difficult for me to load by myself. Help is an asset, but not a necessity. I would definitely recommend the Duet walker/rollator to others. Well worth the purchase. I can see more freedom to do activities with my family with its use.
I first found this walker at a Medical Supplies store and loved the way it could be used as a walker or transporter but was turned away by the price. When I saw the same walker on line for a $100 less I was delighted. I ordered and received it in just a few days. I am enjoying it immensely. Thank you WalMart.
My elderly mom fought me - not wanting a walker. Told her this is called a "Rollator" and not a walker! She takes it several times a day all around our cul-de-sac - she loves it! The large wheels make it so easy to use. She put treats for the neighborhood dogs in the storage area, along with her phone. I also like that we can take it shopping - and if she gets too tired of walking I can push her like a wheelchair. She is getting her exercise / actually uses it even more than I thought she would! She loves it! Please don't hesitate - this is a great buy :-)

I bought this for my Mom, it is very nice and she really likes it. I like it because now when I take her places we only have to take one thing, before we had to load up her Walker and wheelchair. The only downfall to it is that it is wide, I never considered that , she can't use it everywhere in the house, so if your space is tight it is something to consider. Otherwise it is great.
I bought it several weeks ago. Everything is fine except while I used it as a transport chair, I realized that the right handle where I can place my hands on it for stability, I found out that the right side of the handle is a bit torn. Is there any warranty for that?
