I was looking for replacement wheels for my mother's walker. These fit great and the price couldn't be beat . I checked at a medical supply store and they wanted $29.

Bought these replacement wheels for an old folding walker that I was going to need after knee surgery. The wheels were old and a little sticky, they didn't roll well over thick carpet. I ordered these replacement wheels before I had surgery and was disappointed that it took ten days to get them. So if you need this item order early. I feel like I have a custom made piece just for me. They work as advertised and were easy to attach to the walker. They roll over my thick rugs with no problem.
I bought these to replace the worn-out ones on an old walker that we bought at Goodwill. I don't think it's a Drive, but the tubing is the same size and these fit on it perfectly. They roll smoothly and provide good stability.

Love the wheels. My 4 wheel drive walker is great! Am serious thinking about buying a set of swivel wheels, for on my front tires. I think it would turn better.

Only issue the adjusting holes weren't big enough and had to be drilled out.
The walker wheels worked out fine so far. They fit properly and were easy to install. FedEx picked up my package on 12/27, the package left Georgia on 12/28. My package arrived on 1/3. FedEx had my package for 8 days, which is 192 hours. Driving time to my location is 32 hours. 192 minus 32 equals 160 hours. Wondering where my package was for 6 and ½ days? The FedEx driver left the package behind my neighbor's residence. Package Very Clearly marked with our address on 2 labels. Our buildings are very clearly marked and addressed from the street, and all the units – there are only 6 – are clearly marked on the front doors.
