My Mom loves it. This walker replaced her old one. As soon as it was put together, she went for a test run. She says the seat is nice and cushy to sit on, unlike her old one. She also loves the storage underneath. She has no complaints about it.
This is easy to put together and easy to use.
After having bypass surgery my walker helped me during my unstable times on my feet
easy to operate i feel safe using it.
It was exactly as indicated and the service was excellent. The only short coming was the instruction that could have been a larger and have more pictures. I'm thinking like on a separate 8.5. x 11" piece of paper. Think like seniors having a hard time reading.
Everything we wanted at a very reasonable price
The Rollator is very nice and sturdy. Rolls very easy. Don't pay for 2 day delivery. I did and it got here in 3 days. I needed it for someone getting out of hospital following hip surgery. Being a day late made for a difficult trip home for them. Won'the trust Wal Mart for prompt delivery again. This is second occurrence.
Mom has used rollators for many years now. I was looking for one where I could adjust the seat height. I set it a little higher than the one she had previously and it makes it much easier for her to get up. For those people who need to set the height really low, it will also work. Really like the color. I also like that the back rest can be flipped up to take up less space in vehicles. Is sturdy and has just enough weight to it, so it stays in place when using as leverage when getting up out of chairs or bed. Wheels work well, making it easy to get around. We like that the wheels are black and do not show dirt as much as lighter colored wheels. I did take off the pouch and replaced with a better made one (has zippered and side pockets) from Mom's old walker. Brakes work well and did not need to be adjusted. Easy to put together. Good price for the product.

Easy to follow assembly instructions. Legs and handles are fully adjustable. Brake cables came already adjusted but instructions do include how to make adjustments. Rollator is lightweight for easier use and placement into a vehicle. Rims are plastic with smooth surface soft vinyl rubber wheels. Cushioned seat is covered in vinyl. Carrier bag is located under the seat which is not handy. This rollator is well suited for indoor use, but would not likely stand up to outdoor use due to the cheaper wheels.
