Looking for a printer can be a tedious task. You want something that has high quality, works well and is easy to use. The Espon XP-6100 has all of these features. It was very easy to assemble and set up. I like the sleek look and design of it. It is small and lightweight so it does not take up a lot of space. It is great to use for school projects, printing out pictures or use for work at home projects. I love that it hooks up to the Wi-Fi. Even the kids can print papers off their phones. This printer also can print out on both sides. It's great for making brochures. If you are looking for a new printer, I would recommend this one. This is great for families or for work. “This is a review for the Epson Expression Premium XP-6100 Small-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”
quiet, easy to use, prints beautifully. Excellent on photos.
Love it! Picture quality is amazing.
A great easy to use printer for your home. Quality print, good color. Easy to set up and easy to follow to print or copy.
Actually this Epson Expression printer is multifunctional because it also scans and takes copies, fascinates me has an elegant design that does not take up much space on your desk table its 3 trays can be opened and saved when you need it, it is super light. very easy to install, print via wifi from your tablet computer or SmartPhone. it has a screen where it shows the options of work to choose, it is super fast in the impression of full color photographs and texts in black and white. my children use them in their school tasks and I in my freelance work as graphic designer "This is a review for the Epson Expression Premium XP-6100 Small-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to beta test and review. "
The Epson Expression Premium XP-6100 is power in a small package. This all-in-one is small (a tab bit heavy) but definitely seems as though it is built to last. Initial Setup- With the instructions provided getting this all-in-one set-up was a breeze, it took about 15minutes including ink install and connecting to my devices. There are two different modes that can be used to setup the Wi-Fi connection and while I tried both the push button WPS was the simplest. Printing, Copying, Scanning The biggest flaw with printing is having to manually pull the paper tray out, other than that the pages print quickly and clear, images are not streaky, and it seems like the ink dries quickly as well. I have scanned documents to my laptop and directly to a usb drive with very little effort. There are additional software tools which you can download to enhance photo printing and scanning. I like the ability to connect to my cell phone and also the ability to send the scanned document to a destination of my choice. Display Screen The display screen which is used to change settings, view images, and select the built-in templates for printing is easy to read, the font could be a little bigger but it's fine when I'm wearing my glasses (LOL). When selecting or adjusting different features the button on the keypad that you would use to control that feature is displayed on the screen. Software/Firmware Updates I absolutely love that I can update the firmware directly from the machine itself, I don't always have my laptop powered on so not having to boot it up to handle something like this is a plus for me. Ink Super affordable which is a plus! I am so sick of buying printers and the ink is half the price of a new printer, with this machine I don't have to worry about that. Overall, I am extremely happy with this printer, the pros definitely outweigh my con of having to manually pull out the paper tray I am happy. It definitely seems to be durable and I can't wait to see what other things I can do with it! I hope that my review of the Epson Expression Premium XP-6100 Small-in-One Printer helps you when deciding to make a purchase. I have been using my Epson printer for a few weeks now and am pleased with the results. The compact size is great, as is the print quality. It was easy to set up and connect to wirelessly. I really enjoy the email capability so that I can print direct to the printer from anywhere. Scanning is easy on this printer. The only thing I would change are the trays and their labeling. The paper tray cannot hold a lot of paper and jams easily. As there are 3 trays so close together, they should be labeled better or color coded. Overall, I am satisfied. “This is a review for the Epson Expression Premium XP-6100 Small-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.
Not your best printer. It works but is complicated!
I don't have a computer or paid internet. I use a tablet and a smartphone. My tablet has built in wifi hotspot, so this is how I use the internet. The description of the Epson Expression Premium XP-6100 printer said "mobile printing" so I figured I'd be able to use just a tablet or smartphone. I didn't realize until after I received the printer to test and review that I would not be able to download the software for it. I assume the download is too big for a tablet or smartphone to support it. This is unfortunate and a bit disappointing as I know quite a few people that have tablets and/or smartphones, but not computers. Seems to me that a condensed version could be made for these devices. With that said, and with a little trial and error I managed to figure out how to print directly from the machine itself via the digital readout located on the front of the printer. This digital readout was quite helpful and easy to use even without the software. I've printed several pieces in black and white and in color on a variety of paper types including regular printer paper, card stock, photo paper, and printable fabric/iron on paper. All these came out quite well and I am very happy with the results. The two color copies are vibrant and clear. The two black and white copies came out just as great. It was also nice to find out the ink cartridges are a good value for the money. With the exception that the consumer can only use it by printing directly from the printer if they don't have a computer, this printer is a nice machine. I would recommend this printer for people who have a computer. This printer is so complicated! first off, when i got mine the default paper cassette was cassette #1 which does NOT have the standard printer paper 8.5 x 11 format. which i think is an awful design choice ESPECIALLY with how it gives you no instructions to chance which cassette your using. the printer itself is made of really cheap plastic, making it extremely fragile. pretty much every single time i go to print with this printer there is some form of troubleshooting which takes so long to fix. like upwards of 30 minutes just to get a picture printed. my last straw with this thing was the repetitive troubleshooting with my paper cassette being empty even though it wasnt, and i went through every single "fix" provided on the help page. after i went through about the 5-8 things that COULDVE been wrong, every single time i would try to print, it would just turn off. another design flaw about this printer is that cassette 1 dosent have a stopper in place and WILL slide in too far, so when you go to print, it makes this god awful clicking noise and will give you a troubleshooting message. this printer is just STACKED with poor design choices, and fragile, cheap materials. this is my first time purchasing from this conpany, and i will NOT plan on purchasing from this company again.
