Looks normal. Normal and cool. Doesn't draw suspicion. Writes well. Feels great in the hand. But the barrel is stainless steel and won't bend or break easily (at all?) if used as a compliance or impact tool. And it costs less. When I run out of ink I will get a Fisher Space Pen refill which writes upside down and under water and (after going onto YouTube to see how to retrofit it to this F-701) it will be the perfect writing and EDC (Every Day Carry) companion.

I bought some hard to find pens from jet.com. I was much more impressed with the price and extremely quick turn-around. The pens are as expected. So a co-worker has this pen, in his front shirt pocket every day and it caught my eye. For my entire life, I've coveted pens, have loved shiny silver things and I love metal over plastic any day. I asked him about it, he raved and let me know he's had it for over 7 yrs.. I knew I just HAD to have this pen for myself, so I bought six of them from you! 3 for myself, 3 for my bestie who lives over in England. I LOVE these pens and I feel sure they will last for the rest of my life. I must say however, the only downside is NOT these awesome pens themselves but rather the ink that comes with them. The ink is horrid and I've seen others all over the internet also saying such. My hope is that Zebra steps up and graduates to ink that serves justice to the incredibly wonderful, solid writing instruments that these pens clearly are!
I carry this pen every day. I love how it feels in my hand and it's smooth writing performance. This year I'm giving one to my whole family for Christmas.
Great upgrade from The plastic version F-301. It is a little bit heavier than the plastic version but feels great in the hand. If you're like me and prefer a zebra pen then this is a must, it feels like it will hold up for a long time. only time will tell.
Works great. Only thing I thought was funny about it was how it'd felt when I'd click it, it's not smooth. I started to like the pen more after a while. The weight of it makes it feel more durable, heavy duty & higher quality.
So far pen holding up. smooth writing. Seems durable. Not sure how long ink will last. At first thought, pen was not comfortable, but got used to it. So I might give it 4.5 stars or 4.7 star rating so as long as pen and ink last long.
This pen is not going to break easily. this is a desk Pen not to carry around in your pocket its too heavy six out of 10 for comfort. writes like the other zebra pens. They are made with some plastic and can break easily
Awful! It hardly writes! Yes, I took off the protective nib, but it is like scratching while it writes, and if I am not careful, it tears the paper!
