[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ink comes freely, smooth, and fast with no running or smearing. There's almost no friction on the paper. I tried running my hand over the ink as soon as it was on the paper and just a tiny bit came on my hand but way less than other pens and that was with me doing it intentionally.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pen is great! Fits well in my hand (not too bulky or too thin) and the ink is nice and thick. Very smooth to write with. The finger grip helps keep the pen in hand and allows for a great flow while writing reports. Love it!

They glide like a gel ink without the mess. I have loved using these for everything and they're so affordable. I will definitely be stocking up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm generally a gel ink pen snob, because they always seem to write and glide better than ballpoint pens. I don't know how they created these pens to work identically, but they do! They glide effortlessly and smoothly with a silky ink. Normally ballpoint pens are stiff and the ink gets coarse and dried up but these work just like gel ink.

It did not smudge after writing when I rubbed my finger over it, which is a problem with other pens. I could definitely see using this to fill out addresses for Christmas cards.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BIC Atlantis Velocity pens are really nice pens to have! We found the pens to be extremely comfortable to grip. When writing, the pens don't act like normal ballpoint pens but closer to a felt tip with how smoothly the ink flows. We're impressed with the BIC Atlantis Velocity pens are recommend them!

But I really love the pen grip. These are alot better then other pens because of the grip and bold color.

It's very large in the hand and I imagine after long period of use, if the pen continues to work that it might cause problems with the hand. This pen actually writes bigger than I was expecting but with it being called Velocity Bold, with bold vivid lines that is 100% on point.
I don't like these pens, I will never buy them again
