I have a large collection of hand made roller ball pens. The craftsman always includes a fine point or medium point ink cartridge! They skip from day one. The ink is not the best, doesn't dry quick enough! So when I get these beautiful custom pens I immediately take that crap out an insert my 1.0 Bold / Blue Pentel cartridges ! I trash the ones that come In my pens… I'm picky about the ink skipping and not deep dark blue/black … Pentel has been my go to cartridge for 20 plus years. I do not want any thing other than Pentel
Took me a long time to find your ink. I like the way it looks when I read back what I have written. It looks like a quality fountain pen ink. It has to be 1.0 mm, because the other widths aren't as unique to my eye.
color is bright, ink is smooth and bold. Love this pen!
These refills fit my EnerGel pen perfectly. I just wish they had the green color refills as well. I enjoy the broad 1.0 mm lines. The red color is neutral red. It is not a light orange-red, nor is it a darker crimson burgundy color.
I work at a school and use the boldness and the violet when I want emphasis on what I am writing. The ink is smooth and never skips.
Easy to order and quick to deliver. Excellent overall customer service - a rarity in today's environment.
I have a "heavy hand" and fairly large writing, so I like a gel pen with a bold point and smooth writing ink. I have tried other brands and while they work well, I like the Energel 1.0 bold point refill best. It is very smooth, bold, long lasting, and it does not smear. If you want your signature to stand out, I recommend the Pentel Energel.
I love these pens, esp. the bold versions. The color is bright and the ink rolls smoothly. I love the wide variety of ink colors - I have 7 or 8 of them! My family thinks I am nuts, but you gotta be a pen-person to truly appreciate all that EnerGel pens offer!
Purchased the 1.0 mm refill to compare with the 0.07 needle tip refill. The 1.0 writes just as nicely but with the larger flow. It works fine, but I like the 0.07 because it helps me write with cursive text more clearly.
LOVE these pens & refills!! So many fun colors and very reasonably priced. Been using these pens for well over 5 years now.
