If you're persistent with the medication it really does work. I was able to sleep and get rest without feeling congested and fully groggy.

I've tried a few cough syrup's like NyQuil and Robitussin they didn't work like TheraFlu. TheraFlu is absolutely amazing it helped my sore throat and took the pain away.
