I suffer from sinus issues that range from annoying to debilitating and they often come on without warning. These issues include Headache, sinus pain, pain behind the eyes, congestion, sensitivity to light, pressure, post nasal drip, and cough. I love this medication because I can take two tablets as directed when needed and it usually begins resolving my issues within the first hour. The package warns you not to exceed the maximum dose 12 tablets in 24 hours or two tablets every six hours. I have never come close to that number. Should the product fail to resolve my issues by hour 6 (2 pills to start and 2 additional at hour 4) I go to urgent care by hour 8 because my experience has been I have developed a sinus infection requiring medical intervention.
