I've used this since childhood for sinus relief and earache prevention. I choose to continue using this because it gets the job done without the overkill that is so prevalent in medicine these days.
I used this medicine the last 3 years. Walmart is one of the few places that still have it I stock. Kids love the taste %26 it works . Price is reasonable. Only other place I found it at was CVS %26 it was $2.00 more
Living in the south is a struggle with spring allergies. Dimetapp cold %26 Allergy is a blessing. It's non drowsy %26 even as an adult it helps me tremendously. It tastes good %26 I've been taking dimetapp since I was a kid. My children are in college but I always include a large bottle in their wellness kit every year. I pick up a bottle anytime I'm at the store- I never want to run out. I'm so worried they will discontinue.
So helpful for allergy season. I used it when I was a child. I wish they would provide a larger size bottle.
I am an adult who finds adult cold medications to be too disruptive to my system. When I have a runny nose / allergy issues, Dimetapp is my go-to medication. I do wish its effects lasted longer than 4 hours, but it does the trick without making me drowsy, itchy, or hyper.
I have read many articles lately about the FDA pulling the active ingredient in this medicine because it does not work. That is a load of horse poo. This stuff clears up a runny nose and it does it pretty darn quick.
I like this product because it tastes good! And thank you Walmart for marking it down under $6! Nothing I dislike about this product. Good Job Walmart! 5 stars!
Dimetapp has been around for years and I still use it today for my own kids just as my mom used it with me when I was growing up. It's the perfect solution for a head cold that includes a stuffy nose, sneezing, and or coughing.
my daughters medicine has been punctured and broken. shipping needs to be more secure.
I ordered 2 bottles of children's Dimetapp but only received one.
