These are so much easier to give than liquid medication. Great flavor! The package is not so easy to open, which can be frustrating but I know they are safe to have around my child.
It seemed to work well for my kids. My kids also prefer the grape flavor, which luckily comes in this cheaper version.
Our kids have recently switched from liquid to chewable medications! They say this one tastes good !
I love to keep these in my bag for sports or trips. Easy to open and not messy, compared to the liquid medicine for kids. Kids state they taste fine. As a parent I believe they work just like the name brand.
This Equate brand of children's pain relief is a very good "compare to" the brand medicine. Quite a bit of cost savings. The flavors are not too bitter and they help when administering the medicine. Pain relief works quicker since it is a chewable tablet. Would definitely recommend.
Little one loves the taste. Only negative is it's hard to get out of the packaging . Would have been nice for it to come in a bottle like the ibuprofen.
our kiddos refuse to take this brand but every once in a while we accidentally get the wrong one (this brand) and it's taxing for everybody in the family, the littles have lots of tears when they have to take this stuff. Not picky kids or anything, it just tastes worse than acetone.
I know acetaminophen is acetaminophen regardless if it's Tylenol or Walmart brand. but it didn't seem to help my daughter's fever as well as the liquid Walmart brand acetaminophen. definitely not as good as the ibuprofen
Great taste and smell seems to work well! Only complaint is the packaging should be more kid proof in my opinion we have to keep it up very high because it's really easy to get into and for those who say “Watch your kids!” We do. It only takes seconds for a child to snatch something off the counter or climb up to wherever and grab it and duck off somewhere and eat it.
These chewable tablets are absolutely awful - I really am not a dramatic person but if you need a children's pain reliever then odds are you're on at least a hint of a time table because odds are your child NEEDS it. I highly doubt most parents are giving these to their kids just for the fun of it. You CANNOT get these these tablets out of their ridiculous individually wrapped packaging without reducing said tablets to complete powder and that's after a good amount of frustration getting them open to start with. So I have a child crying in pain and have covered myself and the floor and my child's bed in a sugary powder but not managed to get any of it into their mouths to actually help them. This is the most terrible packaging possible for this kind of product and I have no idea how it made it to market or has even decent reviews. Do your sanity a favor and buy ANY other pain relief product for your child. I'm now going to attempt to clean up the mess while trying to comfort my child and find anything else to relieve his pain since this was all I had thanks to a substitution on my last order from the ibuprofen I actually wanted….
