I have used Delsym products for years, and it has always worked perfectly. I have even had co-workers come ask for some because they know I keep it on hand from my praising the product and recommendations. Our family will continue using this!!
Good medicine kinda pricy
From a cold to covid. This works better then anything I have used before. Was a Mucinex only person till my dad gave me this. Went almost 12 hrs no coughing
In my experiences over several years, Delsym has been the most effective o.t.c. cough syrup available.
Helped minimize coughing. Like small 4 hour dose and no side effects. The package online is different from what was delivered but apparently has same medication. The cap is used for dosage and it not easily read.

I tried to get a prescription from a doctor, but the clinic receptionist told me lots of people were getting over counter cough med. Delsen worked good or better
Maybe my cough was too severe. This did not supress my cough at all. The regular Delsym was better for me. 12 hour relief was more like 8 hours of relief.
Didn't work as good as the original one. She still coughs. Stick to original
