It is very effective for sore throats .
Of all the Cepacol lozenges this works (honey lemon) best for me and several of my friends.
The taste was good and helped with my sore throat.
Cetylpyridinium chloride, known as antimicrobial agent, was not listed on the product, although it is clearly described on website (wrongly as an inactive ingredient).
