[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted to give up smoking for a very long time but have lacked the willpower to do so. It wasn't until I got these lozenges combined with a quitting smoking mindset, that I was finally able to tackle giving up the habit. The pack includes four containers and each container holds 27 lozenges. This makes it very convenient as far as carrying them around with me is concerned. The lozenges themselves have a very pleasant, fruity flavor, and dissolve very nicely in the mouth. The flavor I am trying is called Cherry Ice and it is just like eating candy without consuming calories because the product has zero calories and contains no sugar. I have been worried about my next visit to the dentist, but need not have worried because I got a clean bill of health. I am convinced that the lozenges are contributing to my success and I have not smoked since starting with the lozenges. They are competitively priced and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Many people report that this product works but in the very long term, on the other hand my friend noticed the change in her first week of using it. She followed the instructions and was a precaution not to chew it but to let it dissolve by itself to obtain a better effect and it has really been a great help to reduce the habit of cigarettes. My husband uses these and the mint flavored ones. They work the same as the *name brands* and cost a lot less. All in all, a good buy.
