I specifically bought this type and amount of ground chuck for a new recipe to make a crowd for Super Bowl ...... It was casserole sliders and it was a hit! And made it again since as my grandkids loved it, the ground chuck has a little more flavor than the beef and it all went!
I don't eat much been but when I do this is what I get for my family it has great color an it don't have that stinky meat smell

Meat tastes good, however it shrinks a lot when cooked. Almost half.
Not bad but I didn't like the texture. it actually needs to be ground more. still has chunks.
I don't know what you've done to your meat, but I won't eat it anymore. It is light in color with a lot of gristle in it. I've now started to go to publix or windixi for my meat do to them having better product!
