Pain Relieving Gel-Patch, Hot-L, Stretchable, Large 3 patches 3-15/16 x 7-1/8 inch. Capsaicin (0.025%), menthol (1.25%). Pain relieving ointment on a breathable cloth. For temporary relief of minor aches & pains of muscles & joints associated with: simple backache, arthritis, strains, bruises, sprains. 1. Hold both ends and fold back the ends. 2, Pull apart. 3. Place on affected area. 4. Slide the both films. 5. Gently apply the patch. Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Over: Clean and dry affected area. Remove film from patch and apply to the skin.
