If you are doing keto or even if you are just on a low diet these are so needed. They are so good that you don't even realize that they Are semi-good for you. If you have a sweet tooth like me and you need something to curve that this is the fat bomb for you. I do like do they come in other kind so I can have a variety of different sweet snacks that will keep me in keto. These are must have
I was pleasantly surprised by these cups. The taste was pretty on point. Compared to a Reece's peanut butter cup it was similar. The caramel gave it an even better flavor. I didn't feel guilty indulging in these snacks. You get a pretty good amount for the price. I didn't get a weird after taste from them or any adverse effects after eating one. They are a great addition to any Keto diet or as a tasty treat for anyone.
The box contains 14 individually wrapped cups. I love that they are individually wrapped because they are great on the go they are also very satisfying. I love that they have no artificial flavors, sweetener and no gluten. They have no sugar added and 1g Net carbs per serving. It really taste Like chocolate and caramel and I love caramel.
These fat cups are surprisingly delicious and they are all natural! They are a little smaller than a Reece's cup. While they are labeled as "caramel" flavor I didn't taste any caramel but yet they are so yummy. In my opinion the taste was primarily a dark chocolate with a hint of coconut. I do find them satisfying as well. I am content with eating just one and feel better afterwards than if I would have eaten regular cookies or cake. I will definitely order this product again.
I started the Ketogenic diet lifestyle about a year ago. I was never much of a big carb eater so cutting out the breads and pastas was relatively easy for me. But the one thing I missed so bad was my snacks. I've tried everything from keto cookies to keto brownies, keto lemon bars and keto snack bars, keto fruit crisps, keto chocolate trail mixes and many, many more. But I'll be 100% honest, they were all pretty much awful and no matter what brand they were either. They all had a weird texture and the flavors were just off in so many ways. They couldn't possibly be any worse than the keto snacks I've ate before. Well one single bite was all it took of these caramel keto fat cups for me to fall in love. They are absolutely delicious! I had to take a second look at the box just to make sure that they were keto because they just tasted so incredibly good. The inner caramel filling is just heavenly. It tastes like the caramel that you'd find in the best chocolate bars around. And the outer chocolate she'll was just as tasty. The chocolate was smooth, rich and melted delightfully into my mouth. I was shocked! I was amazed! I had finally found a keto friendly snack that was just as good, if not better, than the non-keto counterparts. And I love that they are individually packaged. It makes them so easy to take on-the-go and satisfy your sweet cravings whenever they hit. Plus these keto cups are low-carb, they use only the highest quality Ketogenic ingredients like MCT"s, they're gluten free, naturally sweetened and contain no artificial anything. These Equate Caramel Fat cups are satisfying when on the keto program. The chocolate has a very nice flavor. I appreciate the fact there are no artificial flavors or sweeteners. I must say if you are looking for a recognizable caramel flavor pass on these. If I were blindfolded and given one of these to try, chocolate and caramel would not be my guess. Texture is very nice, comparable to a peanut butter cup. The reason I gave this snack four stars is due to the lack of caramel flavor.
I'm trying to cut back on the bad snacks but this is not the replacement. I purchased the caramel cups. Fourteen come in a package. The chocolate on the outside is ok but the caramel is yuck. I don't know what it supposed to be but caramel it's not. I may try another flavor.
The packaging in the mail got smashed when I received this item. On top of that , they have horrible taste . I wouldnt reccomended this. I have tasted plenty of of items like this, and most tast ok. These just have a bad aftertaste in my opinion.
These caramel/chocolate cups taste ok. They don't leave an aftertaste. They have a nice chocolate/ caramel flavor. They have 7 grams of carbs per cup. I'm not sure that I would consider that part of a Keto diet plan.
I was looking forward to trying these as I am on the Slimfast diet and they look like reeses pb cups. When I looked at the box I was kinda turned off my the fact that they are 90 calories for one piece which is very small, however the carbs are good considering they are keto with 1g net carb. I was excited to try them but between the small size and then the taste and consistency of the inside I was instantly not impressed. It was basically like eating a chocolate piece of butter and the chocolate is the cheap holiday chocolate that has a weird flavor. I personally don't think it is worth the calories but someone might. It wasn't horrible but I probably wont eat the rest of the box or at least I'll save them for when I am desperate for some kind of chocolate taste.
