The case came in pretty good condition but the original box it was in had been opened and the case itself had some very minor scratches on it. I went back to my order confirmation just to make sure I didn't purchase a used case. Nothing specified that it was used/refurbished from what I could find. I'm still happy with my purchase because it was a great deal regardless. I was just taken aback once I saw that the case had already been opened and taped back up.
