I had to wait a month prior to starting to get my cycle documentation correct. I've been tracking my period cycle on an iPhone app for a year now and it wasn't always correctly pinpointing my exact days for optimal fertilization. This device seems to. If you decide this is a good path for you, follow the directions to the T, and don't get discouraged. Best of luck in your fertility journey. I love that it stores your past cycles so you can review anytime. No more lunging up test sticks to compare! Its touch screen makes it easy to navigate the menu and use.

It's not that it's alot of work but it's a bit much for me and I prefer to just not go through all the hassle of having to test daily for about 10 days. You must choose a testing window and, on the weekends, I wake up later, so I almost missed one of the days. I mean it does test the hormone so for someone that doesn't mind the process, it's a good product.
