Purchased this for my senior citizen "visually challenged" sister whose old Radio Shack lithium battery version fizzled out . She loves it and the voice features was "icing on the cake" for her. The easy operation (with easy to understand instructions) are included. I highly recommend this item for seniors with or without visual challenges and who are not particularly "tech-savvy".
