The truth is that there are not many of these products easily available in local office stores. Most of them need to be purchased online, just like this one. But the next lowest price (s&h included) that I found was about $18 each. Between this product and the "Rubbermaid Unbreakable Magnetic Wall File" I chose this one because of the design and functionality, with this design papers don't have a chance to fall between the file and the wall when you place them in, with the Rubbermaid they do. This one was cheaper and more storage room. The magnets stick pretty well. I have two attached to the refrigerator and none have fallen.
