Tylenol is the number one pain relieving brand in our house for those headaches, aches and pains. Although there was another brand I also keep on hand, and use regularly as well, I prefer Tylenol extra strength. It's fever reducing capabilities are unmatched. This kept us from being in real trouble last month with Covid. I had almost 104 fever, and thanks to Tylenol, I was able to bring down my fever and eventually keep it away. I most recently purchased the 225 caplets from Amazon. I don't necessarily prefer the caplets, I prefer the gel tabs, especially the time release ones. However, this was a great value for the amount of caplets for the price. Tylenol is a great product to have on hand in many forms. I currently have gel tabs, Time release tabs, Caplets and dissolvable powder. I recommend having Tylenol in your medicine stash!
I prefer Tylenol over Advil. I have a bottle at home and I carry the travel size and the individual packs as well. I feel like my stomach tolerates Tylenol better than other pain medications. No side effects and effective when treating most pain.

I buy many different types from day time, night time, syrup for children or pills for adults. and this Extra strength type with the active ingredient Acetaminophen 500mg is the basic type that my family uses. with many uses that need to be mentioned: To reduce fever, reduce pain in cases of: Headache, muscle pain, back pain, joint pain, colds, flu, toothache, menstrual cramps,... During use, I have not had any side effects, but you should carefully read the contraindications of the drug. Big red box with many pills, very convenient and should have when needed

usually will take this any time i have a headache and it is very effective and works super fast. the bottle is quiet big so it definitely lasts me a while so its worth it. doesn't have a last that's the good part. the only thing i'm not a fan of is how big it is, it's not that big but big enough for me to have trouble taking it at times
