[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't taken aspirin in a long time...not since the days of the thick round generic tablets that disintegrated on your tongue, leaving an awful taste and took about three tries to swallow. These Bayer Extra Strength Aspirin Caplets are coated and narrow so they go down without even trying. They are 500 mg of pure inflammation butt kicking power. Not only did they knock out my awful period pain, but they also completely removed my sprained ankle pain. I've taken ibuprofen, naproxen and acetaminophen alone and in various combinations for days with little to no result. I tried 2 of these Bayer Extra Strength Aspirin Caplets for my menstrual cramps and was amazed that both the cramps and the ankle pain were gone for over 4 hours. I can't wait to have my husband try these for his back pain. I will definitely be repurchasing this product! Thank you Bayer and Influenster!

I am an avid runner whenever I have free time and Bayer's always helps with my sore muscles! And unfortunately I had a bad run where I stumbled and took a pretty good fall! Luckily I am okay and thanks to this medicine I was back on feet in no time!

I took some before starting to clean and I was able to finish everything without any pain! I will be sure to use this everytime!
I trust Bayer aspirin and it never lets me down, especially the extra strength which I take at least 3 times a week. Solid product and highly recommend it for those on the move and working warrior for all people.
this is the only pill that will relieve a headache, everytime. very good product.

The aspirin worked quickly and felt like it went straight to the spot where the pain was. Will continue using for sure.

I recently injured my back while working out and Bayer helped take the initial sting away. It didn't take away the long term pain but definitely took the edge off. For smaller incidents, it will work great.

It seemed to help a lot and also worked quickly which is a plus when you really need it. I haven't really looked into how much it costs but if I was in the market for this product I would consider getting it.
