I have horrible headaches and the effectiveness it's almost immediate! I cannot value this product because it's changed my life! I'm now able to play with my kids and I know it's reliable because anytime I take it I can be sure I'll be good as new in 30 minutes!

These Tylenol extra strength pain relievers I think work great. Whenever I have a headache or my back is bothering me I can take a couple of these and it goes away pretty quickly. I haven't had any side effects. overall I find they work and they are priced well.

I just started taking Extra Strength Tylenol, and I'm pleasantly surprised how great it works. I had been taking Goodys for my headaches and found that they seemed to cause headaches. Where as when I take Tylenol Extra Strength, my headache goes away quickly and doesn't irriate my stomach. No bad after taste left in my mouth.
