[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great sized bottle and has helped me overall, I suffer from headaches and not being able to sleep and these have helped me with both aspects. These help me actually fall asleep and stay asleep and they help tremendously with my headaches they are fast acting and last awhile I dont find myself having to take multiple of these to help my symptoms.

I have tried other om headache and sleep aid but sisnt qoek no where near as good as this . Wow amazed . I was so worried about being drowsy the next day but actually I couldn'ttell I could not tell I took a sleeping aid at all . I felt refreshed and no pain or headache most days when I awake . . It's nice not to suffer from night headaches anymore. So happy to have tried Exxedrin PM. The effectiveness of the 2 pain relievers and the sleep aid work so well together . Perfect combo am to a great night sleep with no headache . Definitely will always have this around will never suffer again while trying to sleep . It contains Acetaminphen 250 mg , Aspirin 250.mg , and Diphenhydramine Citrate 38mg , pain reliever / night time Sllep Aid . Works so great I had to tell spread the word to people I know like me have headaches at nite snd cant sleep . Its had noside effects and I love it . Made a big difference in my life , now in the day time I feel more rested , I feel more energetic. I can stay more focus and nit fog brained from lack of sleep due to the headaches ,now ir seema with Excedrin PM has solved those issues for me . Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this product. I suffer from frequent headaches, therefore at night if I have one this is perfect. Not only can I sleep great but my headache is gone the next morning. I never feel groggy or get the restless leg syndrome like other pm medicines I take. Works fast and I feel relief before I even fall asleep. Waking up refreshed and headache free is a must have and with Excedrin PM it's possible.
Excedrin is the only over-the-counter product that works for me and I've used it for years. Excedrin PM works well for pain that carries over into the evening, where you need a pain reliever but don't want anything with caffeine that would keep you awake at night. Excedrin PM has no caffeine, but has a mild sleep inducer. Highly recommended because it works!
These are the only PM medication which help my headaches and assist in staying asleep. In fact only Excedrin products help any type of a headache for me. These are usually out of stock in store, so I was happy to be able to order online.
I really like them. Very helpful for those nights I am trying to go to sleep and my head is pounding.
These are great. You can take one or two, and they help you to go to sleep, without waking up feeling groggy. I love them for nights I toss and turn.

I decided to try Excedrin pm to see if it would help me get some sleep on nights i have a headache. To my surprise, i took two of the them and I was able to sleep soundly the night and when I woke up I didn't have a headache anymore. The pills are a light blue in color, and are super easy to swallow with water. They have no after taste at all. I am enjoying being able to sleep on nights that I have a headache.
Works for my headache that starts in the at night and is with me every single day I wake up from wearing four straps squeezing my head from a full face sleep apnea mask . I take it with melatonin .Yes, I know regular use is not good for liver or kidney but when the headache is extreme night after night I take these to get a break and some semblance of sleep. I rotate this so some nights Tylenol sinus headache with melatonin .
I didn't get item and they gave me the wrong tracking number and said they give me another thing of this and didn't get it either.
