i think this absorbs better than the gel
I have used this product for several months now and my pain is always relieved.
Arnica is my #1 go-to remedy for pain of all kinds - sprains, bruises, rashes, etc. Having the cream and the pellets together in one package really helps in the kind of emergency when arnica is needed.
This produce has helped me with my pain. It took only a couple of uses. And I had some really bad pain in my shoulder

My latest Arnicare purchase came with a tube of 30 little Arnica nugget's for internal use. About 5 under tongue before bed seems to help since pain does wake me up at night. After dissolving the Arnica under my tongue I get a little longer sleep cycle.
Delivery took over two weeks. Without any notices. Yet my credit card was charged. In my opinion it is not acceptable
