I have horrible headaches and the effectiveness it's almost immediate! I cannot value this product because it's changed my life! I'm now able to play with my kids and I know it's reliable because anytime I take it I can be sure I'll be good as new in 30 minutes!
With the combo for pain and sleep aid, it has helped me greatly can't say much for other product as I have found the one for me.

Tylenol was always the standard pain pill that was taken in my household due to its effectiveness and simplicity. As someone who is a medical professional, Tylenol has been considered the safer pill for pain relief, even over Motrin (Ibuprofen). The only con is, you need to remember not to take more than 4 grams (about 8 pills of 500 mg caplets) of this in a day, and I would not even recommend going into that threshold. Taking too many of this can cause liver toxicity, so you want to be careful of that. Two pills are usually enough in a day to take care of whatever pain you have. It's affordable, it works well with a very few amount of pills, and it poses very little side effects if taken correctly.

I've taken different kinds of sleep aids, Melatonin etc but they didn't work. I'm senior age now. First time I tried Tylenol pm, I slept through the night. God wakes me up if I have to use the bathroom through the night, greatful for that. Regular Tylenol does nothing for me when I have pain, so I use another pain killer. But when I can't sleep through the night, I use Tylenol PM %26 it puts me to sleep %26 stops the pain. I Don't take them when I have to go to my job because I get up 3-4 a.m. and I will wake up late %26 my body takes a break from taking them also. Be careful and don't over take them, they could be habit forming. Over all it works for me!
