It charges for future needs and is so convenient and portable. It is also eco friendly, in that it is reusable. I am able to continue normal, every day activities while the patch is working hard at helping my lower back pain. I am thankful for this product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the Tylenol heat /light therapy after work, being on my feet for 9 hours, the light heat help reduce the tightening and mild pain I would normally feel. I like being able to put the pad on and my family not having to smell any type of medication small, not having to pop any aspirin, and being able to move around and go about my nightly rituals.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TYLENOL™ Light + Heat Therapy Back and Hip Pain Relief Kit is a great product and it helped to ease lower back pain I have always had. Just two 15 minute sessions a day helped reduce my back pain and allowed me to do my day to day activities with little to no lower back pain. I would recommend this to all to everyone I know who might have back and hip pain. Also the instructions are easy to follow and apply the gels are also to apply to the heat pad.
Soothed my back pain, my pain isn't very excruciating but it helped a ton. I felt like I could move without worry of my back hurting again. Very happy with this product.
This product is fantastic for minor aches and pains.  It's warm and soothing and will relax your tight muscles. I highly recommend this product.

Not being a huge advocate of taking pills for pain issues, this product was right up my alley. The heat from the pad soothed and felt good. I would wake up the next morning with zero pain.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this was an excellent product for heat therapy. Not very good for pain. But, great for addition to a pain management routine. It could contour to the back area a bit better and the sticky pad could be better. Overall I liked it a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Considering that it was a Tylenol product, I expected pain relief when applied. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. In addition, the device itself is not easy to use for back pain in the power source is easily knocked off, and in removing, you can't help but make contact with the gel pads, which results in a gooey mess. Some sort of a timer would also be helpful. Ended up setting my oven timer so I would know when the session was over. This is not something that I would recommend to others, or purchase for myself.

It was not easy to use, the sticky pads were difficult but also did not stick well to the flesh. The product could not be easily worn while doing routine activities yet you could also not lay on it due to the charging device. Also, the heat was mild at best and no way to control it. This product did not alleviate any symptom and was an utter and total waste of time.
