I spoke to an associate on the phone about a return and she was super kind and professional. The return was handled more quickly than I expected, and was completely seamless.
I like the meter. I liked it so much, I purchased a second meter. I am still exploring to see all the options that are avaialable. I like the test results expressed in a range of colors. It helps me to quickly realize how well I am managing my sugar. I like the suggestions to help me gain control. I wish the lancets were bright colored. With age and diabetes my eyesight is not as good as it use to be. I find the gray colored tops get lost in my black case. The top would be easier to find if it were a high contrast color against my black case. It is bad enough to have to delibrately stick my finger tips. I dread the though of stepping on a used lancet. Please make the lancet top in a high contrast color, so I can find the top and cover the point of the lancet.
Easy to use. I love it. Download the app to link it for advice and helpful hints. It pairs rather quickly and easily so you don't need to do much. I had some lows and the app told me how to quickly fix it. This is a replacement since I accidentally lost the original while on a trip. The device comes preset for the lancets. You will need to buy the test strips prior to first use. Other than that is is ready. It fits into my purse so I can take it along whenever I am going to be away from home. This makes it easier to test as often as needed. If you are high you can get your insulin into your system then instead of waiting until it may be to late. I'm on insulin so if it is needed I can adjust it then. If I am okay I can wait until later for insulin dosing. So glad I replaced this with the exact same product because it works so well.
Anyone who tests my mothers blood, it automatically goes to my phone App.
So far I love the device. It's very user-friendly. I also like the fact that it's got the app and I can write notes after each time I take my sugar level.
good prouct and easy to use
Great Product. It is able to link to your phone via Bluetooth and sync your reading with the One Touch app. The One Touch app also allows sharing with Apple Health which is perfect for me to keep track of all my medical info in one place which I love. The carry case is super convenient. It has plenty of room to keep alcohol pads in the mesh pocket. I even keep a pen and sheet of paper to log my meals in there as well. My only complaint - I wish that it came with test strips. It only comes with lancets. So, I do recommend to go ahead and order those when you order the meter.
Only had this meter a week, and so far it's great. The lancets are nice and thin and the range of 13 for the depth is very nice. Being able to sync to an app is helpful for tracking. The strips are a bit pricy, but I would still recommend this meter.
thought I was buying a starter kit but it had no test strips. have not used because I can't find test strips.
Buyers beware, I purchased this item and when I got home that I needed to buy additional items. This item was never opened and still sealed Also noticed on receipt it did not reflect sale price . So wanted to correct that issue and return for something that had everything included. Store refused to take back or refund me because of a law of not returning blood products. No sign of that any place in store. After losing that battle I ask for my difference on receipt for over change and would not refund me on my card instead they gave it back to me in a Walmart gift card.
